1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rewardly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Rewardly.

2. Service Description

Rewardly allows you to share unused internet bandwidth in exchange for SOL (Solana cryptocurrency). The service uses a torrent-based protocol to route bandwidth through a decentralized mesh network.

3. Earnings & Payouts

• Earnings are calculated based on bandwidth contributed and current network demand
• Maximum earning rate is $5 USD per hour
• Minimum withdrawal amount is $10 USD worth of SOL
• Payouts are sent to the Solana wallet address you connect
• Rewardly is not responsible for SOL price fluctuations

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring bandwidth sharing complies with your ISP terms
• You must not use the service for illegal activities
• You are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys
• You must not attempt to manipulate or exploit the earning system

5. Non-Custodial

Rewardly never holds your SOL or has access to your private keys. Funds are sent directly from smart contracts to your connected wallet. We are not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rewardly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for service interruptions, lost earnings, network issues, or any damages arising from use of the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your wallet.

8. Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
